Ibis Rabat Agdal

I had a wonderful stay at the IBIS Hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed. A big thank you to Mehdi and Rachid at the front desk—their friendly attitude and helpfulness made the check-in process seamless and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, thanks to the housekeeping team. Everyone, from the front desk to the staff members I interacted with in passing, was courteous and attentive. The breakfast in the morning was good in my opinion Value wise and even food quality wise it was super tasty and Simple (which i prefer over over-complicated breakfasts and super varied but then they taste like industrial made that you find in most other hotels) IBIS Hotel truly stands out for its excellent service and warm, professional staff. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Edit: there is a guy in the Staff named Yassine who is also super helpful and always checking on clients if they need anything and always smiling

Staff are great, always helpful and always with a smile. In general I think the Hotel is good value for money and meets your expectations, it does not try to be a flashy luxurious experience, but as a quick and simple in and out business hotel, it ticks all the boxes with ease and I can definitely recommend it!

Staff: Farooq at reception was working his third day with the company and I have to say how friendly, helpful and professional he was. A fantastic representative for Ibis, as was a young lady also working on the afternoon of Thursday 6th February. Nice bar with football on the big screen. The hotel very much exceeded my expectations.

Rooms are super clean and sound proof. Rooms get cleaned every day. And what I liked the most about the hotel is its location. It's very close to Agdal train station. You don't even have to take a taxi to go there. There are also lounges where to sit and wait for the check in.

These are really functional hotels with excellent "just" out of town locations, always with secure parking that work really well for my needs. The staff are clearly very well trained and are incredibly helpful and seemingly very happy in their work. The small restaurant and bar also work very well.
